Norwich Results

The 5th girls' coaching and tournament event took place on the 9th April in Norwich. 22 girls played in all. They were organised into 7 teams of 3 players.

There were 5 rounds, 6 coaching sessions and a lunchtime quiz (which added to each players' score). Personal scores are out of 18 (3 points for a win, 2 for a draw, 1 for a win. 3 points were available from the lunchtime quiz). Team scores are out of a possible 54.

The coaches were again spectacular. I would like to extend my thanks to Ruth Sheldon for making the day run so smoothly. I would also like to thank the school, staff and all the parents who helped, especially Mr. Orton, without whose help the day would not have been possible.

Only players who scored 100% could win more than one prize, which were presented in the following order of priority: age group, board and team.
